The method or process which is used for the CD duplication is called as CD duplication system. There are several systems are available in the market with different technologies in the market. You may select any one method which is suitable for you need. These systems are distributed according the method of the duplication and the quantity of CD’s duplicated at the same time by any particular method.
One may duplicate their CD’s using automated systems or the manual towers. You may select the system that is network interface or with computer or any other standalone device which is suitable for your duplication type. The manual duplication systems are available without or with the inbuilt CD printers for directly printing the labels on the CD. Automated duplication systems are also available in the market with these features. Following are some CD duplication systems-
- Tower Duplication Systems- These are the manual duplication system which are suitable for small scamper that needs for the quick duplication. There are 16 recorders in the manual system. These towers have the capability of making 8 CDs in 4 minutes or less. These towers have one drive and one recorder. You have to insert the master disk in the drive and the blank CD in the recorder. The towers are available in both PC attached and Standalone systems.
- Automated Duplication- If your need is more then 8 duplicated CDs at the same time, you should consider the automated duplication system. These duplicators have the capability to produce 60 to 800 duplicated disks on the input spindles. There is no need for the continuous watch on the system, you may go away or complete another work after starting the job. There is a device found in these systems called robotics which move the CD from input spindle to the recorder and then stack back them to the input spindle and user may take output of these CDs from the input spindle.
- Desktop Publishing Duplication- These types of systems are available in the market with inbuilt printers. These are the systems of the automatic category in which the robotics pass the disks to the printer after recording for label on recorded disks. There is no manual intervention is required for the printing.
- Standalone Duplication- These systems are used when the large amount of production is required. These systems may run unattended till many hours. These systems hold 600 or more disk and may write 6 CDs at the same time with directly printing also. These systems may manufacture more then 100 disks per hour.
